About the Role This is an important and active position within the business. Your duties may include: General production and factory work Operating the linisher — full training provided Picking and assembling job packs Packing and dispatching orders accurately and on time Preparing parts for sub-contract services (e.g., galvanising, powder coating) Ensuring parts are packaged correctly for safe, undamaged transit Regular forklift operation to load and unload vehicles Supporting the team to maintain 95% DIFOT Recording and distributing incoming raw materials and parts Maintaining a clean and organised workspace (aligned with 5S principles) Liaising with sales, purchasing, production, and operations teams Assisting in maintaining zero customer complaints relating to quantity, quality, or packing. You will report directly to the Factory Supervisor and work closely with a supportive and collaborative team. About You : We are looking for someone who is: Trustworthy, reliable, and safety-conscious Positive with a strong can-do attitude Hands-on with good attention to detail Able to work efficiently in a busy production environment A team player who takes pride in delivering quality work Forklift experience is beneficial but not essential.
