This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience and completing a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery under the guidance of highly skilled, internationally experienced Chefs. What You’ll Be Doing Training and learning from a team of qualified, passionate Chefs Supporting production kitchens and developing skills across a wide range of culinary styles Working towards a nationally recognised trade qualification (Cert III Commercial Cookery) Enjoying competitive remuneration within a stable and growing organisation Working Monday to Friday , 11-hour days — no weekends!
