Perth or Local to Port Hedland Location: Port Hedland Employment Type: Ongoing About the role We are seeking a highly skilled Grinding Specialist QA/QC to join our Rail Network Maintenance team supporting the rail grinding operations. This role is critical in ensuring quality assurance and compliance with rail standards across the network. Skills & experience Proven experience in quality assurance and track inspections (mandatory). Experience with Rail grinding Previous rail industry experience. Ability to pass a Category 1 Rail Medical. Strong reporting and documentation skills. Demonstrated experience using specialist rail measuring equipment. Duties & responsibilities Conduct quality assurance checks and track inspections to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards. Perform accurate reporting and documentation of inspection results. Operate and maintain specialist rail measuring equipment for precision assessments. Collaborate with the rail grinding team to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
