Right now, we’re looking for Freezer Reach Truck Operators to help us store, pick and dispatch ingredients and finished goods from our freezer. What you’ll do Unload/load products from delivery trucks and move them to designated storage areas Operate a reach truck (and counterbalance as needed) to pick, put-away and replenish stock in the freezer Maintain accurate inventory (batch/lot/expiry, FEFO) Ensure proper labelling, packaging and storage to SOPs and cold-chain standards Collaborate with team members across Warehouse, Production and Dispatch to meet timelines and fulfil orders accurately Complete pre-start checks, follow safety protocols/SWMS, record temperature logs, and maintain a clean, organised workspace About you Current High Risk Forklift Licence (LF) - essential Proven reach truck experience; freezer/cold-store background highly regarded Safety-first, detail-focused and comfortable working in cold conditions (PPE provided) Confident with RF scanning and basic computer use; clear communicator and reliable team player Why Join Vili's?
