Fabricator / CNC Op - Plastic Manufacturing | Full-Time | Victoria ( Braeside ) Join a leading Victorian manufacturer and be part of a growing team! We're seeking a reliable and motivated General Labourer to join our busy manufacturing facility. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing quality results. About the role: As a Fabricator / CNC Op, you'll be involved in day-to-day factory and production activities, ensuring products are made, handled, and dispatched safely and efficiently. Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): High standard of safety and housekeeping High standard of workmanship with attention to detail Operating the CNC Routing machine for the fabrication of plastic products Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications Qualifications and Skills Required Knowledge and compliance of OH&S practices and quality standards Experience in the operation of a CNC router Ability to understand and interpret plan and isometric drawings Experience using hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments Fabricating from start to finish using technical drawings Experience using extrusion and hot air welding equipment and or plastic welding certificate Strong communication skills including verbal and written Self-motivation and the confidence to work un-supervised.
