About the Role S&A Stairs, one of Australia’s most respected timber manufacturers, is looking for a hands-on CNC Supervisor to lead our CNC team in Braeside. What You’ll Be Doing Leading and supporting a team of 5 in our CNC Department Assisting and overseeing production on: Flatbed Woodtron 3 × Pod & Rail 5-axis Biesse Rover A Pod & Rail 5-axis Biesse Rover C Ensuring high-quality output for stair components Helping maintain machines, tools and workflow Working closely with production to prioritise jobs efficiently About You You’ll be a practical, safety-focused operator who takes pride in precision. You might already be a CNC team leader, OR you may be a highly skilled operator ready to step up.
