The responsibilities include: Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders To produce meeting minutes, agendas and monthly reports Support design management and procurement activities. Support stakeholder consultation and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders Ability to work autonomously and within varied and complex team working arrangements. High quality reporting and deliverables in relation to work status, project deliverables and requirements. Be organised and effective in the provision of support services to the wider team. Always seeking new work opportunities. Be confident and able to work within an embedded client role delivering projects on their behalf using their systems. Ability to work across multiple projects and/or clients simultaneously, managing priorities and deliverables Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
