We’re partnering with a well-respected community organisation to recruit a Team Leader for their Family Preservation Program, supporting vulnerable children, young people and families through early intervention. About the Role You’ll lead a team of Case Workers to deliver high-quality, child-focused support aimed at keeping families safe, stable and together. This role combines people leadership, practice coaching, oversight of referrals and assessments, and ensuring program KPIs and compliance standards are met. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise and develop a team of practitioners Oversee referrals, assessments and caseload allocation Ensure high-quality, trauma-informed and evidence-based practice Drive continuous improvement and support practice fidelity Manage risk, compliance and child safety requirements Build strong relationships with internal specialists and external stakeholders About You Degree in Social Work, Psychology or similar Experience in child & family services or early intervention Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills Solid understanding of child protection legislation and risk assessment WWCC, Police Check and NSW Driver’s Licence Why Apply?
