About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and purpose-driven NDIS Operations Manager to establish and lead our NDIS division. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the operational side of the NDIS and the heart of community care. You’ll oversee the setup of the business, manage compliance, build partnerships, and create a service model that genuinely supports people to live safely and confidently. Key Responsibilities Lead the full setup of Charter Diligence’s NDIS operations, including registration, compliance, and service delivery design Identify and pursue referral and partnership opportunities with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Allied Health professionals, and community networks Build trusted relationships with participants, families, and carers to understand and respond to individual needs Develop and implement frameworks to ensure person-centred, high-quality support that promotes independence and wellbeing Recruit, train, and lead a team of support workers and service coordinators Manage operational processes, funding arrangements, and reporting requirements in line with NDIS standards Promote best practice in safeguarding, risk management, and continuous improvement Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the NDIS framework, pricing arrangements, and the broader aged care and disability landscape Foster a culture of empathy, accountability, and community inclusion across all services About You Demonstrated experience in leading NDIS, community, or social care operations Must have experience in the NDIS provider application and registration process. Strong understanding of NDIS funding mechanisms, compliance requirements, and service models Proven ability to develop partnerships, build networks, and grow services within the disability or aged care sectors Passionate about improving the lives of people with disability through respectful and meaningful support Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills Background in registered nursing, health, community services, or social care management.
