About the Role We are seeking experienced Test Analysts to join a large program of work in 2026 . In this role, you will: Review requirements and specifications, defining test conditions. Design test cases and test scripts under your own direction, ensuring alignment with pre-determined criteria. Record and report test outcomes with accuracy and clarity. Analyse and report on test activities and results. Identify and escalate issues and risks associated with your work. Support the implementation of test automation strategies and targets across program(s) of work. What We're Looking For Beyond technical expertise, we value professionals who are eager to share knowledge and mentor APS staff, helping uplift delivery standards across the organisation. You'll thrive in this role if you: Have strong experience in software testing and test automation. Are proactive in identifying risks and issues. Enjoy coaching and mentoring colleagues to build capability. Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
