Backend Engineer – API & System Integration Build the engine room of an automation platform — from APIs and data flows to integrating with enterprise systems. 5 years of software development experience Design and implement scalable, secure APIs to power data and user interaction Orchestrate backend systems, session management, and authentication Integrate external tools and platforms through robust API pipelines Work closely with front-end and ML teams to ensure seamless communication Use Python, Node.js, or Go in a serverless/cloud-native environment (GCP, Cloud Functions, Firestore, Pub/Sub) ERP or enterprise integration experience is a plus You must have working rights in Australia: Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a suitable working visa.
