The role is fully onsite and well-suited to somebody comfortable with managing a complete DevOps environment as the sole developer. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Docker server environments across staging and production. Lead migration projects, transitioning servers to Docker or Kubernetes as required. Stay updated with the latest security protocols and implement best practices to safeguard infrastructure. Develop and maintain automated monitoring systems for proactive issue detection. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and efficiency. (Optional) Contribute to backend development projects, leveraging your coding skills to enhance system capabilities. Requirements: Independently build and manage a complete DevOps environment for a fast-growing R&D team as the sole DevOps developer. Manage and build servers and cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS) Docker skills; familiarity with Kubernetes Linux administration knowledge, including shell scripting and system tuning Skilled in log analysis and root cause identification Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to production issues Expertise in network protocols, DNS, VPNs, and routing Experience with monitoring, logging, and security tools Involved in testing, security hardening, and designing future systems Backend development experience a plus Why Join Us?
