Overland Motel is now looking for a Waiter Supervisor to join their team The right candidate will be responsible for: Supervise and coordinate the activities of waiting staff during service. Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered. Assist with the training and development of new front-of-house staff. Manage table allocations, reservations, and service flow. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly. Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the dining area. Monitor inventory of front-of-house supplies and coordinate with kitchen staff. Support the implementation of workplace health and safety and hygiene standards. Provide table service, carry plates, drinks and cutleries where needed; About you: At least 1 year of experience as a Waiter Supervisor; Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. High level of customer service and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
