Overland Motel is now looking for a Bar Attendant Supervisor to join their team The right candidate will be responsible for: Supervising the bar team and supporting daily bar operations to ensure smooth service; Managing stock levels for beer, wine, spirits, and bar supplies, including rotation and ordering; Providing excellent customer service, serving drinks, and supervising RSA compliance; Training new bar staff and supporting ongoing performance and service standards; Assisting with rostering, shift supervision, and ensuring adherence to venue policies; Overseeing cash handling, EFTPOS operation, and daily sales reconciliation; Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented bar environment; Supporting promotional activities, specials, and events to enhance customer engagement. About you: At least 1 year of experience as a Bar Attendant Supervisor; Strong product knowledge in beer, wine, and spirits; Confident in leading a team and maintaining high service standards; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; Fully understanding RSA regulations, liquor licensing requirements, and WHS/OHS obligations.
