Hurricane's Grill & Bar Bondi Beach is now looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team. The right candidate will be responsible for: Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and refine menus that reflect the venue’s signature flame-grilled offering and introduce innovative, customer-focused dishes. Coordinate and execute in-house events that enhance guest experience and strengthen the restaurant’s local community presence. Organise, cost and price menu items in line with preset budgets and business targets. Monitor inventory levels, oversee purchasing and maintain accurate financial and stock records. Ensure all dining and service areas meet Hurricane’s high standards for cleanliness, functionality and compliance with NSW health and safety regulations. Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing supervision of front-of-house staff to maintain exceptional service standards. Oversee bookings, greet guests and support large-scale service operations while supervising the entire restaurant floor. Control budgets, manage expenditures and coordinate supply ordering to maintain efficient, cost-effective operations. About you: At least 1 year of experience as Restaurant Manager; Proven ability to deliver an outstanding culinary and overall dining experience aligned with Hurricane’s Grill & Bar’s standards. Strong time management, scheduling, leadership and organisational abilities to ensure smooth daily operations. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse personalities and remain composed under pressure.
