Role Responsibilities: Provide a mixture of onsite and remote support. Support networks, software configurations, and applications. Provide support for system installations, upgrades, and configurations. Assist with system permissions, device configurations, and software deployments. Manage support tickets and ensure SLAs are met. Act as an escalation point for technical issues, offering guidance and support to the junior team. Support system upgrades and backup server checks Manage and upgrade firewalls, routers, and switches. Collaborate with external service providers for warranty services and escalate complex issues when necessary. Participate in site visits and provide support for new user onboarding. Opportunity to be involved with project work. Maintain client documentation and ensure knowledge base updates are current. Coordinate with external parties and providers. Role Requirements: 2-3 years of previous experience in a technical support role. Experience acting as an escalation point for junior support teams. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Windows Server, Active Directory, and M365. Strong understanding of IP networking and troubleshooting connectivity issues. Driving licence and own vehicle.
