Role: Digital Business Analyst (AEM Platform) About the Initiative This role supports a feature squad dedicated to delivering secure, seamless, and innovative digital experiences on the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. The team operates in an Agile environment, tackling complex technical challenges each sprint to enhance customer and member engagement. Engagement Details Location: Melbourne, VIC Contract Type: 3-Month Contingent Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) Core Responsibilities Translate business needs into actionable user stories and functional specifications for development teams. Align requirements with AEM capabilities and industry best practices. Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders across business, design, analytics, and content teams. Optimize content authoring workflows to improve usability for content creators. Collaborate with UX designers and developers to ensure design solutions fit AEM architecture. Refine epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria within an Agile squad setting. Support backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical standards. Identify risks, dependencies, and integration points early in the process. Required Expertise Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in complex digital programs. Proven Agile delivery experience combined with AEM platform knowledge. Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in ambiguous environments. Experience with API-driven projects and system integrations. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, draw.io). Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to recommend solutions aligned to business goals and best practices.
