Your opportunity As Post Completion Coordinator , you will assist in Post Completion (daily) operations, including all duties associated with administration, reporting and management. You will also assist in the close out of defects, compliance and client reports and maintenance issues. · Act as the first point of contact for homeowners regarding warranty, 3 months maintenance and post-handover queries. · Provide administrative, operational, and customer service support to the Post Completion Manager. · Managing communication with clients and triaging maintenance and warranty requests. · Assisting with coordinating trades and ensuring all post-handover activities are completed efficiently and professionally. · Assisting the Post Completion Manager in delivering a positive client experience. · Maintaining accurate records within the company’s CRM and defect management systems including Salesforce and Clickhome. · Liaise with Customer Relations and relevant Body Corporate. · Assist with budget allocations and forecasting.
