In this position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will join a high performing Legal team and be responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective Compliance Management System. Key duties & responsibilities : · Implement and maintain an effective Compliance Management System aligned with corporate standards and local laws, including risk assessments, monitoring and reporting. · Support local management in executing compliance responsibilities and fostering a culture of integrity and ethical conduct. · Develop and deliver compliance and integrity training for employees and external partners by identifying training needs and ensure adherence to corporate standards. · Monitor and report on compliance effectiveness, integrity issues and remediation activities independently from entity management. · Manage Compliance Sanctions List (CSL) operations and oversee compliance at the entity level in line with global policies, including first-level sanctions clearing, local monitoring, training, mandatory reporting and continuous improvement of processes to ensure effectiveness and regulatory compliance. · Coordinate anti-corruption measures, including policy implementation, business partner due diligence and oversight of high-risk transactions. · Promote integrity initiatives, including rollout of programs, communication of the Integrity Code, and organising local integrity events and dialogues. What you will need to be successful : · Degree qualified in law, management or similar with approximately 3 years of business experience · Strong knowledge business integrity frameworks, policy management, compliance frameworks and applied business ethics. · Familiarity with international and local laws (Anti-Corruption, AML/CTF, Data Protection, Sanctions), regulatory compliance requirements. · Proven experience in change management, culture transformation and effective communication strategies. · Experience in leadership, compliance, or corporate sustainability within international sales or business development is a plus together with a confident approach to compliance management with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
