We are seeking a skilled and reliable Panel Beater to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing, reshaping, and restoring vehicle body panels and metal components to their original condition, supporting our automotive repair operations. Location - Glen Waverley, VIC Key Responsibilities: Inspect damaged vehicles to determine repair requirements. Remove, repair, and replace damaged vehicle panels and body parts. Use hand tools, hammers, dollies, and welding equipment to reshape and restore metal panels. Align and assemble panels accurately using measuring instruments and fixtures. Fill, sand, and smooth panels to prepare for painting. Ensure repairs meet quality, safety, and manufacturer standards. Collaborate with other workshop staff to complete repairs efficiently. Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness. Skills and Qualifications: Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair or equivalent. Prior experience as a Panel Beater. Proficient in using hand and power tools, welding, and measuring equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards.
