Analyze campaign performance and using data to refine strategies and maximise ROI. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals. Support new product launches with compelling positioning and promotional plans. Oversee marketing budgets to ensure efficient and effective spend. Requirements: Minimum of five years of professional experience in marketing, preferably within the food industry. Demonstrated expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and campaign execution. Strong proficiency with digital marketing platforms and major social media channels. In-depth understanding of current food industry trends and evolving consumer behaviors. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and a strong team orientation.
