About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Contract Administrator to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring seamless contract lifecycle management and all stakeholders remain aligned from start to finish. Key Responsibilities • Prepare, review, and administer contracts, maintain up-to-date contract registers and strict version control. • Ensure full compliance of all agreements with legal requirements, industry regulations, and internal company standards. • Monitor contract performance, track key milestones, and proactively negotiate discrepancies or required term adjustments with relevant parties. • Address contract-related inquiries and resolve contractual disputes or claims efficiently when necessary. • Interpret contract terms for stakeholders and ensure consistent adherence to agreed-upon obligations. • Identify potential contractual risks and propose strategies to mitigate risks. • Maintain accurate records of contracts, revisions, and correspondence in the company’s database. Position Requirements • Minimum 3 years of proven experience working as a Contracts Administrator. • Proficiency in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. • Demonstrated ability to manage the full lifecycle of contract tasks independently. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation capabilities. • Strong stakeholder management skills, paired with expertise in contract drafting.
