Job Description We are recruiting a Principal Consultant based in Sydney or Adelaide. With your knowledge and experience gained in the following areas, you will lead client projects and grow our business: Asset management frameworks, approaches, tools and methodologies (CAMA or IAM qualifications are favoured, but not necessary) Industry and asset challenges our rail, power, water, aviation and/or defence clients face in delivering effective asset management outcomes Sector-specific knowledge such as rail, power or water, with an understanding of sector assets, regulatory and safety frameworks Growing teams and developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders You will lead a variety of consultancy projects for our infrastructure clients, from technical advice right through to transformational programs. With a passion to help clients get the best from their assets, you will identify, pursue, and deliver work for transport sector clients, with the support of our Technical Directors and Consultants/Senior Consultants. Locally, we are a small and flexible team, and you will be an integral part of our leadership. As well as client delivery, you will have a key role in shaping our strategy, identifying new opportunities, and mentoring and growing our team. As part of the global business, you will also work with AMCL and Turner & Townsend colleagues across the world, contributing to thought leadership and developing new services relevant for our local markets.
