About us: Capricornia Offender Health Service (COHS) is responsible for the delivery of health service to Prisoners in the Capricornia Correctional Centre (CCC) and Capricornia Correctional Farm (CCF) including workcamps. COHS provides a health service to a fluctuating population of approximately 1100 male Prisoners within CCC and CCF. About the role: The Enterprise Scheduling Management (ESM) Lead - Digital Projects will work as part of the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS) Digital Services Team to deliver and support Digital Health projects in relation to the ESM and the integrated electronic Medical Record (ieMR) more broadly. About you: Coordinate, assist and provide advice and support for the successful delivery of CQHHS Digital Health projects or sub-projects, while ensuring milestones are achieved in accordance with acceptance criteria and timeframes. Undertake project delivery activities by developing project plans, documentation records and registers suitable to the type and scale of assigned projects. Develop, implement, and maintain adequate policy, processes, systems, and internal controls to ensure effective and efficient support for the coordination and delivery of the Projects. Provide advice and prepare reports to senior departmental management and other internal and external stakeholders as required.
