Our Client: This expanding neuroaffirming, multidisciplinary clinic is dedicated to supporting neurodivergent children and young people through holistic, inclusive and collaborative care. You will be part of a warm and creative team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Art and Music Therapists, and Allied Health Assistants who value connection, shared learning and the social model of disability. The team works in partnership with families, empowering young people to thrive as their most authentic selves. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the team, with flexible part-time or full-time options available, based in Cranbourne West, VIC. Days: 3–5 days per week (flexible), Monday to Saturday Hours: Between 8am–6pm Monday–Friday and 8am–4pm Saturdays This role offers the opportunity to deliver neuroaffirming, relationship-centred therapy across a varied caseload. You’ll conduct assessments, develop meaningful goals with clients and families, and provide evidence-informed support across home, school, community and clinic environments. You’ll enjoy dedicated time for documentation and planning, strong administrative support, and regular supervision tailored to your level of experience. This position also provides the chance to contribute to group programs, collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team, and continue growing your clinical skills through ongoing professional development.
