About the role: As a Deputy Allied Health Manager , you will play a key leadership role in delivering and overseeing high-quality NDIS services across a diverse client base. You will lead, support, and coach allied health team members, ensuring organisational and team goals are achieved, including compliance, billing targets, and positive client outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to step into management and team leader responsibilities when required, contribute to projects alongside the Allied Health Manager, and help foster a culture of Excellence, Respect, Trust, and Justice within the team. About You: Bachelor or masters in speech pathology. Current registration with professional body in the associated discipline. A minimum of 5 years of practice experience, preferably in a community setting. Experience delivering Allied Health services in a range of settings. Strong planning, time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise accordingly Excellent people management and interpersonal skills to ensure the achievement of quality outcomes. Computer literacy – Intermediate. Current Satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check. Current Working with Children Check Drivers Licence. Reliable Motor Vehicle.
