Flexible Work Options: Blend of clinic, community, and home-based work What your week looks like: You’ll provide evidence-based therapy across a diverse caseload, supporting clients with communication and swallowing disorders. Assessing, diagnosing, and managing a variety of speech, language, voice, AAC, and dysphagia needs Collaborating with clients, families, and other allied health professionals Managing your caseload with autonomy — choose your client mix, session frequency, and daily schedule (8–4, 9–5, or 10–6) Working across multiple settings with the flexibility to make the role your own What You’ll Bring Bachelor of Applied Science in Speech Pathology (or equivalent) Current Speech Pathology Australia registration Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check Driver’s licence and vehicle Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills Experience in AAC, assistive learning technology, or community-based practice (desirable) At Tashacare, we prioritise your development while ensuring your work-life balance, so you can step confidently into your career as a Speech Pathologist.
