Data Analyst ASX200 business seeking a Data Analyst to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that lift efficiency and operational performance across supply chain functions. This role is paying $125-$135K (package) and is hybrid with a 50/50 split between working from home and in the North Sydney office. What You’ll Do Analyse large datasets across inventory, logistics, procurement, and demand planning to identify trends and root causes. Build and optimise SQL/Python ETL pipelines within Databricks to improve data quality and reliability. Create interactive dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to provide real-time operational visibility. Work with logistics, operations, and procurement teams to turn business needs into data-driven insights. Strengthen data governance and continuously improve analytical processes. What You’ll Bring 3 years in data analysis or BI, ideally within supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations. Strong skills in SQL, Python, Databricks (Lakehouse notebooks), and Power BI. Knowledge of ETL, data warehousing, and supply chain metrics. Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations. Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative.
