Why This Role Exists The team is strong, talented, and motivated — but has a gap at the Principal/Technical Director level. They’re looking for someone who brings that depth of experience, steady judgement, and technical assurance that only time in the industry provides. This is not a role to “grow the business”. The Opportunity As the Technical Structural Design Lead , you’ll step into a role centred around technical excellence, oversight and mentoring — without the heavy hours, admin load, or BD expectations that typically come with senior leadership roles. You’ll be the go-to senior technical voice in the office, ensuring quality and helping shape the next generation of engineers.
