You're a people-focused leader who thrives on coaching and developing teams. You have strong operational and retail management experience, with the ability to adapt to different stores. You're flexible, proactive, and enjoy variety in your work. A strong commercial mindset with proven results in sales and cost management. A people leader who motivates and develops diverse teams.
