Haleon ANZ is seeking a dynamic Customer Business Manager to drive the Coles account, delivering exceptional results and building strong, strategic relationships. You day to day, Lead the Coles Account: Take ownership of the relationship, driving category and brand strategies to maximise sales and value for both Haleon and Coles. Drive Growth: Achieve net sales targets, manage trade spend, and identify new growth initiatives to incorporate into joint business plans. Strategic Execution: Plan and execute promotional activities, new product launches, and category reviews in line with Haleon’s guidelines. Collaborate & Influence: Work cross-functionally to deliver results, provide market insights, and ensure consistent execution across all plans. Insight to Action: Use your deep understanding of the retail landscape and data analysis skills to turn insights into actionable strategies. About You, Proven experience in consumer goods sales, ideally within the Australian retail market, ideally within FMCG or FMCH. Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert insights into commercial action. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead through uncertainty and drive engagement with major retailers. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
