About the Role:  As the Transition Manager, you are responsible the development and implementation of a comprehensive, multi-tiered transition plan, overseeing the strategic and operational transition from existing learning programs to newly designed models aligned with contemporary learning outcomes, stakeholder needs, and regulatory requirements. You will ensure a smooth, inclusive, and effective change process that supports educators, learners, and administrative teams, while minimising disruption and ensuring clarity around impacts, responsibilities, and timelines.  A critical component of the transition involves designing and implementing new support structures tailored to the updated learning model. You will: Develop scalable tuition support frameworks that align with the new program architecture, including digital-first delivery and flexible learning pathways Establish guided learning models that integrate structured facilitation, peer collaboration, and self-paced modules Collaborate with tuition partners and internal teams to ensure consistent learner support across geographies and modalities Create onboarding and orientation resources for educators and learners to navigate the new support systems  This opportunity is a fixed term contract to March 2027   About You:  You will come to us with p roven experience in leading complex transitions or change initiatives, preferably in an education or training context.
