What You Will Be Doing: Strategy & Planning Shape and communicate digital campaign objectives, audience insights, and performance goals Keep internal teams aligned through presentations, training, and ongoing updates. Track progress using KPIs to ensure campaigns deliver results and support the digital roadmap. Campaign Execution & Optimisation Deliver high-quality, on-time execution across all digital marketing channels (Paid Search, PMax, Affiliate Marketing, Programmatic). Collaborate closely with Social, SEO, Content, and other teams to maximise performance and uncover cross-channel opportunities. Manage communication with agency and channel partners for creative development, campaign launches, and day-to-day optimisation. Oversee digital creative production, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Track and report on campaign budgets and invoices. About You: Proficiency across Google Marketing Platforms (DV360, Google Ads, SA360, CM360) Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools A solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills A positive, proactive mindset with the ability to work to tight deadlines Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills Competency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Marketing degree (preferred but not essential) 3 years of experience in digital media or marketing Knowledge of Spotlight Retail Group brands, products, or customer base To apply: please complete our online application form and submit your up-to-date resume.
