ALGT Australian Landscapes & Tree Services is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Gardener to join their team at Cromer NSW 2099 . Key Responsibilities: Plant, cultivate, and maintain trees, shrubs, and garden beds. Prepare soil, mulch, and fertilise plants based on horticultural requirements. Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely. Monitor plant health, identify pests or diseases, and apply basic treatments when required. Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general landscape maintenance. Assist with the installation of soft landscaping features and garden structures. Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe, and compliant with environmental and safety guidelines. About you: Minimum of one year of experience as a Landscape Gardener or in a similar horticultural role. Solid knowledge of plants, soil preparation, and general gardening practices. Ability to operate garden machinery and equipment safely. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high-quality landscapes. Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum.
