About the role On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to plan, develop, and implement effective marketing and communication campaigns for our products and services across international markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing market trends, creating consumer awareness, and supporting the company's global sales objectives through strategic marketing initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities Advising senior management on marketing strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, create consumer awareness, and effectively promote the attributes of GoXPro's products and services. Planning, developing, and organising advertising policies and campaigns to support international sales objectives. Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programs. Advising on all elements of the marketing mix, such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels for various international regions. Coordinating the production of marketing and advertising campaigns involving specialised activities, such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and digital content production, within time and budget constraints. Implementing and managing multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing) and traditional media placements. Liaising with external agencies, suppliers, and media outlets to ensure the effective execution of marketing campaigns. Commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services in different international contexts. Researching potential demand and market characteristics for new products and services, and collecting and analysing data and other statistical information. Analysing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences to interpret and predict current and future consumer trends. Monitoring competitor activities and market changes to identify threats and opportunities. Tracking and analysing campaign performance, website traffic, and other marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies. Preparing and presenting regular reports on marketing activities, campaign results, and return on investment (ROI) to senior management. Essential Skills Proven experience in a marketing role, with a focus on strategy development and campaign execution. Strong understanding of international marketing principles and digital marketing channels. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer trends. Proficiency in using marketing software, analytics tools, and CRM systems. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Fluent in English and French Qualifications needed: A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is highly desirable.
