We are currently partnering with a boutique Brisbane builder based in Morningside to recruit a Junior Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be a post grad CA with experience in the new build sector looking to gain exposure to project management. Fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Directors of the business offering excellent mentorship and development opportunities. The Role Working closely with senior management and an experienced Project Manager, you’ll be involved in all stages of project delivery—from early procurement right through to handover. The structure of the team means you’ll get direct access to decision-makers and hands-on mentorship, offering development you won’t find in a larger tiered environment. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of multi-res projects from pre-construction to completion Assist with procurement, tendering and subcontractor management Coordinate drawings, scopes, specifications and design changes Liaise closely with site teams to maintain programme and sequencing Track costs, variations, forecasting and project reporting Attend site meetings, consultant meetings and progress inspections Support quality, safety and compliance across all stages Ideal Background 2–5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator (or CA/SE hybrid) Exposure to new build projects, ideally multi-residential and/or government Strong documentation, procurement and coordination skills Confident communicator with the ability to engage with site teams and consultants Ambitious, proactive and keen to step into a true project management pathway Construction Management degree or equivalent is preferred Why This Role?
