Key Responsibilities: Processing the full end to end payroll cycle. Working with rostering and timesheet information to ensure accurate pay outcomes. Reading, understanding and interpreting Awards with confidence, and ensuring compliance across the business. Responding to all payroll questions and queries in a clear, friendly and respectful manner. Maintaining employee records and processing any required employee changes efficiently and effectively. Assisting in the preparation of payroll reports and supporting employees and leaders with payroll queries. To be successful in this role you will have: Previous demonstrated end to end payroll experience. Confidence working with rostering and timesheet data. A solid understanding of Awards and the ability to interpret & communicate confidently and accurately. Experience using payroll systems. Clear and professional communication with all employees and leaders across the business. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. A proactive and problem-solving mindset. Ability to handle and work with confidential information. A hardworking and organised approach to managing deadlines. A friendly and presentable nature that builds trust across the business.
