About the Role We are seeking a skilled and reliable Technical Trades Worker to join our growing team in Gnangara, WA. The successful applicant will perform a wide range of technical trade tasks involving setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of specialised mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical construction equipment. This role involves hands-on work across multiple construction and maintenance environments, supporting structural modifications, surface treatments, and industrial installations. Key Responsibilities Perform technical trade tasks including drilling, surface preparation, cutting, and finishing according to specifications. Operate, maintain, and calibrate specialised mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic machinery. Diagnose and repair equipment faults and perform preventative maintenance. Interpret technical drawings and site instructions to determine dimensions, materials, and work methods. Liaise with clients, supervisors, and site teams to deliver quality and timely outcomes. Ensure full compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and environmental standards. Maintain accurate work records, checklists, and service logs. Skills and Experience Essential: Strong trade or technical background in construction, civil, or industrial maintenance. At least 1 year work experience operating industrial tools and power equipment safely and efficiently. Competent in reading and interpreting drawings and specifications. Sound understanding of WHS procedures and safe work practices. Current Driver's Licence and White Card. Desirable: Certificate III or higher trade qualification, or equivalent overseas qualification. Experience in concrete processing, fabrication, or plant operation. Mechanical or electrical maintenance skills. First Aid or High-Risk Work Licence (advantageous).
