About the Role You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying customisations and extensions within Dynamics 365 CE. The role involves close collaboration with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that meet business needs What We’re Looking For Experience & Qualifications Minimum 7 years of development experience in the information systems field Wiith at least 3 years as a D365 CE Developer Technical Skills Extensive experience in systems development, design, QA & testing, and systems implementation In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Customer Relationship Management System, Dynamics 365 CE Strong proficiency in .NET C# and Dynamics 365 CE development Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) Skilled in Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and release management Familiarity with Azure iPaaS tools (Logic Apps, Functions, WebApps, KeyVault, etc.) Solid understanding of relational databases and job scheduling tools Comfortable with XML, REST, JSON, and secure API development Familiar with Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices Soft Skills & Team Fit Proven ability to work as a team player, with experience in coaching and mentoring team members Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders Strong workload management and ability to juggle multiple priorities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Able to work independently and take ownership of deliverables Preference for developers who enjoy hands-on coding - not just consultants
