CONSTANT is actively seeking experienced Monitoring Centre Operators on a casual basis in Bella Vista, Sydney. In this role you will be working within a National Monitoring Centre, supporting local teams with incident response, liaising store management, as well emergency services. We are seeking individuals who are available to conduct shifts on a casual basis between the hours of 4pm - 7am, Monday - Sunday. Hourly rates for these roles are in line with Level 5 award, with rates starting at $37.24 per hour. Responsibilities: To ensure Incidents are managed in accordance with standard operating procedures, and business expectations. Provide accurate, timely advice and communication on all incidents occurring within the business units. Monitoring and management of all alarms 24hrs 7 days a week. Receive and manage calls from business customers and Emergency Services. Furthermore, update respective databases and escalate any matters accordingly. Production of daily reports. Requirements: NSW Security Officer Licence Class 1E Nationally Recognised First Aid & CPR Previous experience working as a Monitoring Centre Operator High level communication with excellent English (both written & verbal) High level of phone manner, with a friendly, polite and positive attitude Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities Comfortable and confident in dealing with high pressure situations Why Join our Team?
