Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with several key stakeholders, including but not limited to specialist consultants, , Project Directors, Design Team and clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to facilitate the planning and design, specification, procurement, and management of FF&E. Engage with providers to source and procure equipment and furniture suitable for a healthcare facility in accordance with Queensland Health and Whole of Government policy, procedures, and guidelines. Lead the FF&E program throughout the lifecycle of the project/s, taking into consideration shifting program schedules. Identify risks and escalate where required to minimise project impacts. Support project deliverables with an elevated level of attention to detail, including accurate data management, analysis and reporting, including budget management and financial reporting for an executive audience utilising systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, SAP S/4HANA, Aconex, and dRofus.
