About the Role As the Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the school's corporate services and supporting its educational objectives. Reporting to the Principal, you will oversee administrative, financial, and human resource functions while leading and mentoring school support staff. Key responsibilities include: Providing autonomous business services in a dynamic and complex environment, including interpreting information and adapting processes. Delivering comprehensive administrative support, conducting research, and recommending solutions to challenges. Supervising and managing school support staff, including recruitment, induction, training, and performance monitoring. Supporting the Principal with budget preparation, financial management, and compliance with policies and legislation. Advising on facilities and grounds maintenance, managing resources, and ensuring sustainability in operations.
