Job Description YOUR ROLE The Program Training Lead is a key role created to support MACS’ Digital Reimagination (DRI) transformation by ensuring staff are equipped to adopt new systems and processes. The role supports the Digital Change & Transformation team through leading the end-to-end training strategy, planning, and delivery across all program streams. This role would suit a seasoned training leader with experience across large digital or ERP programs, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver blended learning and drive user adoption Desired Skills and Experience WHAT YOU WILL DO Design and implement the overall training strategy for the DRI program, ensuring alignment with program objectives and change management plans. Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments in collaboration with program and business teams to identify knowledge and skill gaps. Develop detailed training approaches and plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and delivery methods (e.g., in-person, online, blended). Lead the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules, ensuring high engagement and knowledge transfer. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure training requirements are understood and met. Lead, mentor, and develop the training team to deliver high-quality outcomes. Work closely with Program Change and Communications Lead and the Program Change and Communications team to ensure training activities are integrated with broader change initiatives. ABOUT YOU Extensive experience leading end-to-end training strategy and delivery across large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs. Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and user roles across functions such as Finance, HR, Payroll, and Procurement. Proven ability to design and deliver blended learning solutions (instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, simulations, job aids, and reference guides). Experienced in leveraging digital adoption platforms (DAPs) such as WalkMe, or similar platforms to create in-application guidance, drive self-learning, and support user adoption. Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills with experience consulting with senior leaders, SMEs, and change teams to align training with business needs. Demonstrated leadership in managing training teams, resources, and timelines to deliver high-quality, on-time outcomes.
