The Lizard Centre, one of Australia’s leading providers of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism and developmental delays, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Therapy Supervisor to join our team in Upper Mount Gravatt, Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families by leading a team of therapists and delivering evidence-based early intervention programs in a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of Therapy Assistants and Behaviour Therapists to ensure high-quality service delivery. Develop, implement, and monitor individualised behavioural intervention programs for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs. Conduct regular progress assessments and modify programs as required. Provide parent training and guidance to support consistent skill development at home. Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with organisational and clinical standards. Collaborate closely with Clinical Supervisors, Psychologists, and multidisciplinary professionals. Providing child-focused and family- centred therapy support, individualised to each child. Consistently achieving positive and measurable outcomes for the children and families which you support. Engaging with other allied therapists, support workers, educators and health professionals in a keyworker approach. Compliance with company policies and operating procedures Understanding and complying with company policies, including professional boundaries, confidentiality, IT security and conflict of interest. Following Lizard billing guidelines in order to ensure ethical and legal billing practices. Correct use of operating systems including Carelink for scheduling sessions and DIGI for clinical practice.
