We work flexibly from our Sydney CBD Office where you can expect to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. About the team Our Affiliate Marketing team is part of the wider Investment and Retirement Marketing team. This high-performing team of six, manages and coordinates the marketing strategy for Fidante as well as for our investment partners. They are responsible for developing marketing strategies to achieve business and sales objectives. This involves the conception and implementation of fully integrated marketing campaigns tailored for primarily adviser, but also consumer audiences. To provide successful sales and product support, they produce marketing material, such as brochures, flyers, emails, presentations, newsletters, and web content. The team liaises with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure that all content is not only suitable from a marketing perspective, but also from a legal, compliance, product, and technical perspective. About the role As our Marketing Associate your focus will be on supporting the marketing team in executing highly effective marketing activities in the sales & marketing plan to grow and support the Fidante Affiliates. It’s a hands-on role where you will get involved in various aspects of marketing for financial services, including creative development, communications, events, and digital marketing. To achieve this, the team operates in a fast-paced and collaborative culture where proactivity and a can-do approach is required to manage the delivery of multiple annual business plans. Other responsibilities can include (but aren’t limited to): Creating and maintaining high quality marketing collateral and communications including product flyers, presentations, and campaign material for retail and institutional sales channels ensuring that they continue to meet the updated regulatory environment, changes or enhancements to product features and industry best practice standards for multiple affiliates. End to end management of email campaigns including set up of campaign canvasses, content, and asset creation, associated landing pages and reporting. Coordinating the timely distribution of fund reporting including website updates, email campaigns and presentation decks. Creating and maintaining website pages, banners and updating content in the Content Management System (CMS) and social media platforms. Manage in-person and virtual webinars and assist with roadshows and ad-hoc events by creating invites, email campaigns and landing pages. Work with internal and external agencies to develop creative assets and visual and audio produced content. Assisting the Senior Marketing manager, and Marketing Manager with additional duties and projects as required from time to time. Keeping abreast with developments in the finance industry and identify any industry trends or competitive insights that may contribute to new opportunities to support marketing and sales initiatives. Ensuring strict compliance procedures are applied during the development of all communications, manage marketing sign off procedures and keep up-to-date audit files. The skills you’ll need. To be successful in this role you will have at least 2 years marketing experience, with a sound understanding of marketing principles. Experience of working in a marketing role from within a financial services environment is highly desirable. You’ll have experience working with marketing platforms such as ON24 or Salesforce or similar and content management platforms. WordPress experience is also highly regarded. As well as Experience of creating and maintaining high quality marketing collateral Experience in managing/supporting email marketing campaigns. Being organised, driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder relationship management skills are critical. You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the business and have a proven track record in multi-tasking and meeting deadlines. Ability to initiate, build and maintain relationships with internal and external agencies while being able to influence and negotiate.
