As our new Raw Materials Flow Controller, you will be reporting into our Raw Materials Team Manager and be based at our busy facility in Northmead! You will be playing a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of Raw Material Flow into the warehouse - to ensure they are available for production without any downtime on the lines. The role is essential in ensuring that Raw Materials are not only accurately received from Suppliers but are handled and put away safely in the warehouse to ensure that they are available when needed. We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about what they do but is looking for a solid career! There is proven accelerated career progression with us, and the role may suit a current Forklift Driver with substantial experience in Raw Materials, who is now looking to step up and into the next level of their career. You are results orientated, solutions driven and is more that proud in possessing a high attention to detail. You will also be required to demonstrate safe work behaviours, lead by example and encourage others to do the same. A typical day would look like, but not be limited to: Ensuring safe operations of Raw Material area including chemicals – identify and manage hazards Inbound creation via ASN’s Receipting of non EWM deliveries Manage returns – Orbis bins, can bodies, Scholle boxes, NCR stock and pallets, Dunnage etc. Manage ISF and Raw Material requests. Manage Forklifts Safety audits of Racking Manage Readsoft Invoices Manage / follow up on outstanding deliveries and produce and manage outstanding deliveries report Raise purchase orders. Stocktake of consumables and reorder and can body stock-takes daily. Manage recycling material. Inbound receiving TU creation Assist with troubleshooting receiving and line consumptions errors. Cycle counting of Raw Materials Rebates from recycling companies EWM – Superuser – assist with training. (Please note: A detailed job description is available on request) About you: To be successful in this role, you must possess or have: Good understanding of Raw Material Flows Ability to manage Raw Material suppliers. Time Management rigour to ensure all tasks are completed as per schedule. Ability to work under own initiatives.
