Post fixture activities associated with support coastal shipping operations Work with accounting to ensure the accuracy of voyage invoicing (demurrage, freight, etc.) Voyage management system (IMOS) data input (contracts, laytime terms, port costs etc.) Review and update IMOS with voyage documentation (bills of lading, SOF, etc.) Work with Chartering and Schedulers to ensure current vessel schedule is up to date and maintained in IMOS Prepare Laytime calculations for approval by vessel operators Analyse charter parties and voyage documents, clarify events with Agents, Masters, Operators and calculate demurrage Minimum 3 years experience in a shipping / post-fixture environment Intermediate user of Excel Ability to Learn Adaptability Attention to detail Collaboration Communication (oral and written) Customer Focus CSL Australia (“CSLA”) was established in 1999 and is the largest owner of and operator of dry bulk coastal vessels operating in Australian waters.
