About The Role : Immutable is scaling fast, and as we transition from high-growth startup to a commercial powerhouse, the complexity of the business is increasing. We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead who can be deployed into the most critical challenges across the commercial organisation and act as a high-leverage operator to help us grow not just fast, but smart. This is a rare opportunity to work across the entire commercial engine. You’ll jump into the highest priority problems across Business Development, Customer Growth, Partnerships, and Commercial Operations, and own the solution end-to-end. Whether the challenge is creating a new outbound sales motion, designing a land and expand program, or building the revenue engine that moves money through the business with speed and integrity, you’ll be the person who figures it out and operationalises it at scale. You will partner closely with commercial leadership and gain exposure to the most consequential decisions in the business. The role is perfect for someone who is impatient for impact, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to build systems and processes that unlock measurable commercial outcomes. You'll Be Empowered To : Design and implement outbound motion playbooks and collateral for high value customer segments Create data driven land and expand programs to accelerate account expansion across existing customers Build and operationalise lead to cash systems that reduce friction for reps and maximise visibility for leadership Turn forecasting into a predictive model by analysing conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and deal weighting Architect commercial workflows such as inbound lead routing, quote to cash, and handover to Customer Growth Act as an internal consultant for strategic GTM challenges like compensation design, territory design, or churn analysis Drive cross functional alignment by working with BD, CG, Partnerships, Product, Finance, and Operations We'd Love You To Bring : 2 to 4 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or an equivalent high complexity problem-solving environment Strong bias for action, with a track record of delivering results quickly rather than optimising for perfect plans Fluency in commercial metrics and the ability to use data to tell a compelling story and influence decisions Execution strength across modelling, process design, system building, and cross-functional rollout Comfort working in ambiguity with the ability to rapidly adapt, reframe problems, and shift priorities as needed Strong influencing skills with the ability to drive alignment without authority and bring stakeholders on the journey High learning velocity and a genuine interest in how commercial engines scale in high-growth companies Bonus Points For ✅: Experience in Revenue Operations or Strategy & Operations within a B2B SaaS company Hands-on work with CRM optimisation, compensation design, or pricing strategy Experience working directly with Business Development or Customer Success teams Experience creating executive ready insights from large, messy datasets We are proud of the benefits that we offer for all of our employees globally.
