Key Requirements Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the food service or hospitality industry. Familiarity with food safety practices and procedures is an advantage. Assist in the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Monitor and restock inventory as needed, ensuring adequate supplies for daily operations. Accurately process transactions, handle cash and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations. Support new team members through training and mentorship. Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimise waste.
