Job Description Including but not limited: Manage and respond to event, conference, and group accommodation inquiries from direct and third-party clients Prepare and follow up on proposals, contracts, and action plans to meet client needs Coordinate and host client entertainment, site inspections, and familiarisation visits Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and Accor partners Support the planning and execution of corporate, social, exhibition, and incentive events Upsell hotel services and identify new business opportunities Maintain accurate client data and activity records using Delphi/Opera Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth event delivery Assist with departmental administration, including reporting and database management Represent the hotel at meetings, trade shows, and networking events Contribute to continuous improvement by following and refining sales procedures Undertake occasional evening and weekend shifts as required
